Refund policy

Please return shoes in their original unworn state (trying them on the carpet is recommended), in their original unmarked shoe box, within 30 days of purchase, and we will swap or refund the original purchase price.

We Recommend standing on carpet while trying shoes to prevent creases in the uppers. TALLERLY reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.

To be eligible for Refunds and Exchanges , packaging must be returned in BRAND NEW condition.
